牙城之北好大圃，中有废台名抱螺。基圆有道盘屈上，故以螺目义匪佗。
当时兴者择地审，气象爽垲形势多。今如孤冢但荆棘，不知隳坏年几何。
背城人迹既罕到，往往满岁无一过。我来侵圃治兵库，得披榛莽登巍峨。
襟怀豁若出尘外，四视天末穷纤罗。满城风物聚掌上，红芳绿树明交柯。
太行之下不可数，万峰起落如翻波。北来州域尽平地，孰若旧邺襟山河。
此为游览最佳处，遂施畚筑完陂陀。台头结宇尚简朴，台面甃甓严镌磨。
魏宫冰井久湮没，铁梁有四沦耕禾。精刚之质不少动，俚俗传诧邻妖讹。
云有神物常默护，守令千百无敢拖。我怜古物辇而至，为台之柱植四阿。
州人闻至极惊异，就台观者肩相摩。榜以休逸岂独尚，与众共乐乘春和。
主人间复命宾酌，樽前随分弦且歌。病来饮兴直衰浅，献酬勉强颜须酡。
退尝内省尔何德，尔求自逸人讥诃。反思吾本任忠义，日不作伪心无颇。
君恩至厚假乡守，正宜休此祛馀疴。尪孱报国未能奋，慨然倚槛空长哦。

韩琦（1008—1075年），字稚圭，自号赣叟，汉族，相州安阳（今属河南）人。北宋政治家、名将，天圣进士。初授将作监丞，历枢密直学士、陕西经略安抚副使、陕西四路经略安抚招讨使。与范仲淹共同防御西夏，名重一时，时称“韩范”。嘉祐元年（1056），任枢密使；三年，拜同中书门下平章事。英宗嗣位，拜右仆射，封魏国公。神宗立，拜司空兼侍中，出知相州、大名府等地。熙宁八年卒，年六十八。谥忠献。《宋史》有传。著有《安阳集》五十卷。《全宋词》录其词四首。
