一作寔。生卒年不详。河南(今河南洛阳)人。德宗贞元七年(791)登进士第。贞元中，曾为山南西道节度使严震书记。宪宗元和七、八年(812、813)间以殿中侍御史充西川节度使从事。生平事迹散见柳宗元《送邠宁独孤书记赴辟命序》蒋之翘注、《新唐书·宰相世系表五下》等。与柳宗元、羊士谔相交往。《全唐诗》存诗1首。
