（1477—1544）明松江府上海人，初名荣，字子渊，号俨山。弘治十八年进士二甲第一。授编修。遭刘瑾忌，改南京主事，瑾诛，复职。累官四川左布政使。嘉靖中，官至詹事府詹事。卒谥文裕。工书。有《俨山集》、《续集》、《外集》。
