何麒，字子应，青城（今四川都江堰市东南）人。张商英外孙。高宗建炎元年（一一二七）为宣教郎《建炎以来系年要录》卷六。绍兴十一年（一一四一），赐同进士出身，为夔州路提点刑狱。十三年，知邵州，未几落职，主管台州崇道观，道州居住。今录诗八首。
