题叶无凭，曲沟流水空回首。梦云不入小山屏，真个欢难偶。别后知他安否。软红街、清明还又。絮飞春尽，天远书沉，日长人瘦。

孙惟信 （公元1179年～1243年)字季蕃，号花翁，开封（今属河南）人。生于宋孝宗淳熙六年，卒于理宗淳祐三年，年六十五岁。以祖荫调监，不乐弃去。始婚于婺，后去婺出游。留苏、杭最久。一榻外无长物，躬婪而食。名重江、浙间，公卿闻其至，皆倒屣而迎长。长身缦袍，气度疏旷，见者疑为侠客异人。每倚声度曲，散发横笛；或奋袖起舞，悲歌慷慨。终老江湖间。淳祐三年客死钱塘，年六十五。有《 花翁词 》一卷，已佚。赵万里《校辑宋金元人词》有辑本。
