在昔蒙庄有至言，万物逍遥天地间。大鹏斥鴳异禀赋，随性奚假人防闲。
怒飞未觉宇宙隘，决起那知世界宽。洪纤有量莫相越，智巧不用常优閒。
默观万化尽如许，脱悟此理行非艰。但当涵养取深造，工夫祇在澄心源。
心源澄寂固能应，视彼所寓皆居安。佳哉蒙庄岂诞妄，所得实自吾孔颜。
远则兼善非附势，穷而独处非左计。陋巷箪瓢依圣师，何殊禹稷游平世。
脩仙欲生成大幻，佞佛欲死是乾慧。死生之说本同归，原始当求一言契。
了知吾道出世间，学渚深流不思济。遂令前辈薄后人，直谓轲死真无继。
此生造化曷可轻，勿为名利思营营。吹嘘呼吸勤吐纳，导引致寿先熊经。
后枯正藉一溉力，且使既老身康宁。向上更须观一著，一之所起犹未形。
从渠海岱自更貌，何止一阅三千龄。守一还期守真一，真一诚通能事毕。
吾之所取进乎技，解牛中得养生术。

史浩（1106年—1194年），字直翁，号真隐。明州鄞县人，南宋政治家、词人。高宗绍兴十五年（1144年）进士，由温州教授除太学正，升为国子博士。他向宋高宗建议立太子，以此受知于朝廷，绍兴三十二年，宋孝宗即位，授参知政事。隆兴元年，拜尚书右仆射。淳熙十年，除太保致仕，封魏国公。宋光宗御极，进太师。绍熙五年，薨，年八十九，封会稽郡王。宋宁宗登基，赐谥文惠。嘉定十四年，以子史弥远贵，追封越王，改谥忠定，配享孝宗庙庭。为昭勋阁二十四功臣之一。
