许彬，唐朝诗人。一作郴，亦作琳，字不详，睦州人。生卒年均不祥，与唐末诗人郑谷同时代。约唐懿宗咸通末前后在世，即约公元八七三 年前后在世。许彬举进士不第，所作诗，全唐诗录存一卷。郑谷曾为其做过诗，如《送进士许彬》、《闻进士许彬罢举归睦州怅然怀寄》。
