谢邈，字茂度，（？-399），东晋陈郡阳夏人。谢安侄孙，谢铁长子。性刚硬，颇有理识。晋孝武帝太元十五年（390年），担任永嘉太守；太元十七年（392年），迁升侍中；太元十八年（393年），出任吴兴太守。隆安三年（399年）十一月，孙恩率领大军进攻浙东，先后攻克上虞、会稽等地，谢邈为之所擒，不屈遇害。
