[唐]（约公元七六六年前后在世）字仲师，吴兴人。生卒年均不详，约唐代宗大历初年前后在世。天宝间，避地至江西，与符载、李群、李渤（全唐诗作符载、崔群、宋济。此从唐才子传）等同隐庐山，结草堂于五老峰下，号“山中四友”。日以琴酒相娱。衡工吟咏，尝吟罢自赏其作，抵掌大笑，长谣曰：“一一鹤声飞上天”。盖自谓其声韵响彻如此。有人盗其文登第，衡因诣阙，亦登第，见其人，盛怒曰：“一一鹤声飞上天，在否？其人答曰：“此句知兄最惜，不敢偷”。衡乃笑曰：“若是，犹可恕也”。官至大理评事。衡著有诗集一卷，《唐才子传》传于世。
