李咸（100年—175年），字元卓，另说字元贞，汝南郡西平（现河南省西平县）人。曾任高密令，后迁徐州刺史，又拜渔阳太守，度辽将军。汉桓帝时，拜将作大匠、大司农、大鸿胪、太仆。汉灵帝建宁四年（171）任太尉之职，汉灵帝熹平二（173）年三月，李咸被免去太尉之职，熹平四年（175）卒，享年76岁。范晔《后汉书》无李咸传，李咸事迹零星散见于他人传记中。后汉大儒蔡邕曾为李咸作碑文《太尉李咸碑》（张溥《汉魏六朝百三名家集·蔡中郎集》题作《太尉汝南李公碑》）。
