韦皋（746年—805年9月13日），字城武。京兆万年（陕西西安）人。唐代中期名臣，韦元礼七世孙，韦贲之子，出身京兆韦氏，排行第二十三。代宗广德元年（763年）为建陵挽郎。大历初任华州参军，后历佐使府。德宗建中四年（783年）以功擢陇州节度使，兴元元年（784年）入为左金吾卫大将军。贞元元年（785年），韦皋出任剑南节度使，在蜀二十一年，和南诏，拒吐蕃，累加至中书令、检校太尉，封南康郡王。顺宗永贞元年（805年）卒，年六十，赠太师，谥忠武。《全唐诗》存其诗三首。
