（1474—1543）明河南武陟人，字粹夫，号柏斋。弘治十五年进士。为翰林修撰。不屈于刘瑾，累疏致仕。后出为开州知府，历工、户、礼三部侍郎、南京右都御史。致仕里居十余年，教子弟以孝弟忠信。对王守仁之学颇有微辞。有《医学管见》、《阴阳律吕》、《柏斋三书》、《柏斋集》。
