（1613—1685）明末清初浙江嘉兴人，字秋岳，一字洁躬，号倦圃，别号金陀老圃。明崇祯十年进士，官御史。清顺治元年，授原官，后屡起屡踬，至广东布政使，降山西阳和道，以裁缺去官。工诗。富藏书。有《刘豫事迹》、《静惕堂诗集》、《静惕堂词》、《倦圃莳植记》等。
