毛直方（生卒年不详，约1279年前后在世），字静可，建安（今福建建瓯）人。宋咸淳九年（1273）以周礼领乡荐，入元后不仕，优游闾里，授徒讲学。及科举制重兴，郡内以明经擢进士第者，多出其门。省府上其名，始被一命，得教授致仕，半俸终其身。所编有《诗学大成》、《诗宗群玉府》三十卷，所著有《冶灵稿》四卷、《聊复轩斐稿》二十卷。《元诗选·三集》录其诗二十六首。
