释月涧（一二三一～？），理宗绍定四年生。受经于黄龙寺，宝祐四年（一二五六），隶籍庆元府天童寺。景定五年（一二六四），由饶州荐福寺首座入住信州鹅湖仁寿寺。继住栖贤妙果寺。元世祖至元十七年（一二八○），入住饶州荐福寺，于成宗大德三年（一二九九）秋退出，同年十二月再入。未久或即谢世。为南岳下二十一世，西岩了慧禅师法嗣。有《月涧禅师语录》二卷，收入《续藏经》。事见《语录》及其中《隐静空岩长老请赞》。 释月涧诗，以辑自《语录》的偈颂及其中单编的诗，编为二卷。
