摩挲额尾窥池腹，绿篆银题森在目。理轸低回味入禅，束刍想像人如玉。
吾宗旧契悦芝兰，风义相高蓬海山。了知端士取端友，便托角里邀东园。
鲸波乍返鸱夷舸，龙椁终逃牧儿火。稽首重翻抱膝吟，忘机祇合焚香坐。
竹洞寒泉思渺弥，鶤鸡欲舞雉朝飞。好凭达者环中趣，长伴先生画里诗。

王易（1889~1956）语言学家，国学大师，擅长诗词。原名朝综，字晓湘，号简庵，江西南昌人。1889年农历7月27日生。王易1907年考入京师大学堂（北京大学前身）。1912年毕业。二十年代初，与彭泽、汪辟疆同时执教于心远大学。后远游北京执教于北京师范大学。1926年秋天，进东南大学（1928年更名为中央大学，南京大学的前身），任教七年。王易一生的辉煌时期是在中央大学。他和汪辟疆、柳诒徵、汪东、王伯沆、黄侃、胡翔东被称为“江南七彦”。王易多才博学。工宋诗，意境酷似陈简斋，书法初学灵飞经。写有多部著作如《修辞学通诠》。
