刘咸荥（1858-1949），字豫波，别号豫叟，四川双流县人。清光绪拔贡，终身从事文教工作。先后任教于成都尊经书院、游学预备学堂、通省师范学堂、四川高等学堂、成都大学、华西协合大学等校。清末曾任四川省咨议局议员、成都府中学堂监督。博通经史，尤长诗词及书画，为“成都五老”之一。著有《静娱楼诗文集》。
