卢鸿基 (1910.5—1985.1)。又名卢隐、卜鳌，字圣时。海南琼海人。早年入国立杭州艺术专科学校学习，参加"一八艺社"，后从刘开渠学雕塑。1938年入郭沫若主持的政治部第三厅，参加抗日救亡宣传工作。主编《战斗美术》，参与发起"中国全国木刻界抗战协会"，任常务理事，从事木刻创作，文艺批评及诗文写作。1949年后曾任浙江美术学院雕塑系主任、教授。卢鸿基曾主持大连苏军烈士纪念碑雕塑设计，所作主像苏军战士铜像，造型谨严，气度凝重，最见精神。
