陈诜(1642—1722)，字叔大，号实斋，浙江海宁盐官人。清康熙十一年(1672)举人。由中书舍人考选吏科给事中。曾上章奏提出治理黄河具体规划，检举残害百姓的官员，历官至左副都御史。四十三年，出任贵州巡抚。后调任湖北巡抚。时江浙米贵，诜放宽米禁，通盘筹划，平抑三省米价。原来湖北盐规，每年需送官府2万金，盐商趁此提高盐价。诜到任，革除此种陋规。卸任时，盐商送诜万金，不受。五十年，升工部尚书，转礼部尚书。后老病辞归。卒谥清恪。著有《周易玩辞述》、《诗经述》、《四书述》、《资治通鉴述》等。
