赵崇嶓字汉宗，号白云，南丰人。生于庆元四年（1198），商王元份八世孙。嘉定十六年（1223）进士。授石城令，改淳安。尝上疏极论储嗣未定及中人专横。官至大宗正丞。卒于宝祐四年（1256）以前。有《白云稿》。《宋史·宗室世系表》：商王元份九世孙汝悉长子。诗词兼有。
