（1506—1579）明吉安府永新人，字崇基，号洞山先生。嘉靖十四年进士。授编修。迁国子司业，所奖拔多为名士。旋还任修撰，专理诰敕。忤仇鸾，几得罪，会鸾先被杀，乃已。严嵩欲结为姻好，拒之，遂有怨。出为南京祭酒，将行，劝嵩勿害杨继盛。历官为南京礼部尚书。留意理学，其学不傍门户，能密自体验。有《洞农堂集》。
