彭日贞（一六〇二—？），字孟阳，号稳心道人。番禺人。明末诸生。常周济张乔母女，乔卒，为营造百花冢以葬，并编其遗著为《莲香集》。清陈伯陶《胜朝粤东遗民录》卷一、清同治《番禺县志》卷四有传。
