（1605—1666）明末清初浙江海宁人，字素庵。明崇祯十年进士，授编修，迁中允。因故革职。入清，授秘书院侍读学士，累官礼部尚书、弘文院大学士。坐贿结内监吴良辅，论斩。免死，流徙尚阳堡。康熙初死于徙所。有《浮云集》。
