（1017—1080）宋福州候官人，字述古，人称古灵先生。与陈烈、周希孟、郑穆友称“四先生”，倡理学。仁宗庆历二年进士。神宗朝为侍御史知杂事，论青苗法不便，出知陈州、杭州。后以枢密直学士知通进、银台司兼侍读，判尚书都省。尝荐司马光、苏轼等三十三人。有《古灵集》。
