侧身敛足未动者，实以累朝恩泽隆。
公之初来蜀人喜，慈爱久著民情通。
众心欢然耻犯法，捄药浮薄归醇醲。

往年镇抚有异绩，大旆再来遣于东。
公今与之合符去，到必奉诏参夔龙。
大资旧德固无虑，剖判自出其心胸。
所忧厥后嗣之者，忠定良法还如空。
养顽活狡作渊薮，不免剪殄烦兴戎。
蒙之愤懑久填臆，言贱不得通九重。
颂公上殿起居罢，第一用此闻宸聪。

强至（1022年～1076年），字几圣，杭州（今属浙江）人。仁宗庆历六年（1046年）进士，充泗州司理参军，历官浦江、东阳、元城令。英宗治平四年（1067年），韩琦聘为主管机宜文字，后在韩幕府六年。熙宁五年（1072年），召判户部勾院、群牧判官。熙宁九年（1076年），迁祠部郎中、三司户部判官。不久卒。其子强浚明收集其遗文，编《祠部集》四十卷，曾巩为之序，已佚。清代强汝询《求益斋文集》卷八《祠部公家传》有传。
