（约公元一八四O年前后在世）字秋舲，浙江仁和人。生卒年均不详，约清宣宗道光二十年前后在世。性倜傥，工诗词，家贫好读书。第道光进士。迟回二十年，选延川知县，不果往。改金华教授，亦末履任。庆熹工诗词散曲，著有《楚游草》、《蘅香馆诗稿》、《香消酒醒词》及《香消酒醒曲》，并传于世。
