淳安人，生卒年均不详，约宋度宗咸淳中前后在世。咸淳元年，（公元一二六五年）进士，为太常博士，历监察御史官，大理寺卿。引疾去，筑室小酉源。元至元中，屡召不起，终于家。梦桂精于易，著有易衍及中庸，致用。
