黄锦（一五七二—一六五四），字孚元，号絅存、絅庵。饶平人。明熹宗天启二年（一六二二）进士，由庶常授检讨，与修《神宗实录》，主制诰。时魏忠贤当道，乃乞外任。思宗即位，始以少詹充日讲官。尝任会试考官，所拔皆知名士。升吏、礼二部侍郎，累官礼部尚书。以老乞归，享年八十三。著有《笔耕堂诗集》。清康熙《潮州府志》卷九上有传。
