（1521—1599）镇江府金坛人，字明远。嘉靖二十六年进士。授行人。历刑部员外郎，著《读律私笺》，甚精核。万历初，张居正知其能，任为浙江佥事，擢尚宝卿。以请勿罪反对居正夺情视事之言官，忤居正，出为南京鸿胪卿，旋罢。后再起至右都御史。有《方麓居士集》。
