徐世隆（1206—1285），字威卿，陈州西华人。生于金章宗泰和六年，卒于元世祖至元二十二年，年八十岁。弱冠，登金正大四年进士第，辟为县令。统元年，擢燕京等路宣抚使，世隆以新民善俗为务。至元元年，迁翰林侍讲学士，兼太常卿，朝廷大政谘访而后行，诏命典册多出其手。九年，乞补外，佩虎符，为东昌路总管。二十二年，安童再入相，奏世隆虽老，尚可用。遣使召之，仍以老病辞，附奏便宜九事。赐田十顷。时年八十，卒。
