高似孙(1158—1231)，字续古，号疏寮，鄞县（今浙江宁波）人（清康熙《鄞县志》卷一○），一说馀姚（今属浙江）人（清光绪《馀姚县志》卷二四）。孝宗淳熙十一年（一一八四）进士，调会稽县主簿，历任校书郎，出知徽州，迁守处州。宁宗庆元六年（一二○○）通判徽州，嘉定十七年（一二二四）为著作佐郎。理宗宝庆元年（一二二五）知处州。晚家于越，为嵊令史安之作《剡录》。有《疏寮小集》、《剡录》、《子略》、《蟹略》、《骚略》、《纬略》等。事见《南宋馆阁续录》卷八、《宋史翼》卷二九。
