吕诲(1014年-1071年) 北宋官吏。字献可，幽州安次(今河北廊坊西)人，寓居开封，吕端孙。吕诲为官三居谏职，皆以弹奏执政大臣而罢，时人推服其耿直，为北宋著名的敢谏之臣。现存文章以奏议、议论文为多，奏议往往关切时政，议论有先几之见，清康熙皇帝谓其《选部论》“综名实以立言，足资经济”(《御制文第三集》卷40)。著有《吕献可章奏》20卷，凡289篇，司马光为作序(《郡斋读书志》卷19)；又有《吕诲集》15卷(《宋史·艺文志》七)。今已佚。《全宋诗》卷399录其诗四首。《全宋文》卷1034至1040收其文七卷。
