冯时行（1100—1163）宋代状元。字当可，号缙云，祖籍浙江诸暨（诸暨紫岩乡祝家坞人），出生地见下籍贯考略。宋徽宗宣和六年恩科状元，历官奉节尉、江原县丞、左朝奉议郎等，后因力主抗金被贬，于重庆结庐授课，坐废十七年后方重新起用，官至成都府路提刑，逝世于四川雅安。著有《缙云文集》43卷，《易伦》2卷。
