韩缜（1019～1097）字玉汝，原籍灵寿（今属河北）人，徙雍丘（今河南杞县）。韩绛、韩维之弟。庆历二年进士。英宗时任淮南转运使，神宗时自龙图阁直学士进知枢密院事。曾出使西夏。哲宗立，拜尚书右仆射兼中书侍郎，罢知颍昌府。绍圣四年卒，年七十九，谥庄敏，封崇国公。《宋史》、《东都事略》有传。《全宋词》录其词一首。
