沈君攸，一作沈君游，吴兴（今属浙江）人。后梁时官至散骑常侍。博学，善文辞，尤工诗。今存五、七、杂言诗计十首，长于写景，音律和谐。其《采莲曲》、《赋得临水》、《同陆廷尉惊早蝉》诗已逼似唐人五律；《薄暮动弦歌》、《桂楫泛河中》更露七言排律端倪。原有文集十三卷，已佚。
