（?—约483）南朝齐陈郡阳夏人。谢灵运孙。宋文帝元嘉中，坐灵运事，随父谢凤徙岭南，元嘉末还。好学，有文辞，盛得名誉。起家奉朝请。补新安王国常侍。帝称其文“殊有凤毛，灵运复出矣”。宋明帝泰始中，为尚书殿中郎。入齐，为黄门郎。恃才使酒，坐失仪，出为南郡王中军司马。寻免官遭禁锢。武帝即位，使掌国史。娶张敬儿女为子妇，敬儿诛，被迫自杀。
