（308—357）东晋陈郡阳夏人，字仁祖。谢鲲子。博综众艺。王导辟为掾。袭父爵咸亭侯。庾翼镇武昌，数诣翼咨谋军事。迁南中郎将、豫州刺史。为政清简，有政绩。穆帝永和七年，桓温使尚率军屯寿春，进号安西将军。八年，为苻健将张遇所败，降为建威将军。后拜尚书仆射，复为豫州刺史，出镇寿阳。收容邺都流离乐工，并制石磬，东晋始备太乐。官至卫将军。卒谥简。
