（349—400）东晋琅邪临沂人，字元琳。王洽子。弱冠为桓温掾，转主簿。桓温北伐，军中机务并委珣。从讨袁真，封东亭侯。与谢安有隙，出为豫章太守，不之官。安卒，迁侍中。与殷仲堪、王恭、徐邈、郗恢等并以才学文章见昵于孝武帝。转辅国将军、吴国内史，在郡为士庶所悦。征为尚书右仆射，领吏部，转左仆射，复领太子詹事。安帝隆安初，王国宝专权，黜旧臣，珣几被杀。旋会稽王司马道子杀国宝，珣官至散骑常侍。卒谥献穆。
