（314—371）东晋太原中都（今晋中榆次）人，字兴公。孙楚孙。少以文称。初居会稽，游放山水。与许珣并为玄言诗人，亦能赋，尝作《天台山赋》，辞致甚工，自谓掷地有金石声，为当时文士之冠。名公之碑，必请绰为文。除著作佐郎，累迁廷尉卿，领著作。原有集，已佚，明人辑有《孙廷尉集》。
