嵇曾筠（1670—1738年），字松友，号礼斋，江苏无锡人。清朝官员，著名水利专家。康熙四十五年，中进士，选庶吉士。历任河南巡抚、兵部侍郎、河南副总河、河道总督，视国事如家事。知人善任，恭慎廉明，治河著绩。用引河杀险法，节省钱财。累官文华殿大学士、吏部尚书，出为浙江总督。乾隆三年，以为内阁学士。四年，卒于家，终年六十九岁，追赠少保，谥号文敏，入祀贤良祠。著有《防河奏议》、《师善堂集》。
