（1436—1512）浙江鄞县人，字维立，号碧川。杨守陈弟。成化十四年进士。授编修。迁南京侍读。弘治初与修《宪宗实录》，再迁侍讲学士。寻掌翰林院。再迁南京吏部右侍郎，充《会典》副总裁。武宗初乞休，加尚书致仕。守阯好学，博览群书，师事乃兄，学行与兄相埒。有《碧川文选》、《浙元三会录》等。
