（1581—1636）明苏州府长洲人，字明卿，号芝台。年十九，中万历二十五年举人。尝从武进钱一本学《易》，得其旨要。天启二年进士。与文震孟同科。授编修，典诰敕。以忤魏忠贤被削职为民。崇祯初召复故官，累迁南京国子祭酒。卒谥文庄。讲求经济，有志天下事，性好学、喜著书。有《四书备考》、《经济八编类纂》、《重订古周礼》等。
