（?—1560）明浙江山阴人，家居南京，字鸣轩，一字九皋，号海樵，一作海鹤，又作水樵生。嘉靖四年举人，袭其祖军功，官绍兴卫百户，非素志，因弃官称山人。自少时即博览奇帙名帖。曾得奇病，乃自学为医，七年而愈。工诗善画，水墨花草最为超绝。有《海樵先生集》、《越海亭诗集》。
