刘婆惜，生活于元末明初时代，江西抚州临川人。散曲家，歌舞名伎。乐人李四之妻。颇通文墨，滑稽歌舞，迥出其流。先与抚州常推官之子三舍交好，为其夫间阻，遂私奔。事觉，被杖决。刘负愧，将之广海居，道经赣州，谒全子仁，时宾朋满座，全子仁帽上簪青梅一枝行酒，口占《清江引》曲云：“青青子儿枝上结。”令宾朋续之，众未有对者。刘乃应声续全（见下曲），全大称赏，遂纳为侧室。后全死于兵，刘婆惜克守妇道，善终于家。
