王修甫 ，东平（今属山东省）人。约生于金末，卒于元世祖至元十年（1273年）。一生漫游齐、梁、燕、卫之间，能诗善词，与王恽相交善。恽称其“樊川风调锦囊诗”，“望君冠盖凤凰池”。《秋涧集》卷七十四有《水调歌头》《送王修甫东还》词，卷十四有《赠王修甫》、卷十六有《挽王修甫》诗。
