（1303—1372）元明间江西金溪人，字太朴，一字云林。师从吴澄、范椁，通五经。元至正间授经筵检讨，与修宋、辽、金三史，累迁翰林学士承旨。入明为翰林侍讲学士。与宋濂同修《元史》。兼弘文馆学士备顾问。后以亡国之臣不宜列侍从为由谪居和州，守余阙庙。怨恨卒。有《危学士集》等。
