（1278—1348）元绍兴诸暨人，字止善。为人尚气节，读书务明理致用。起家为吏。后历两浙都转运盐使司、海道漕运都万户府经历，核减盐引，除运船为风所败者之粮。迁江浙行省检校官，迁江西行省左右司员外郎，奸人诬两省民巨额迹避田赋，艮皆破其诳妄。后以淮东道宣慰副使致仕。
