九月九日兮，登高何为。古有此语兮，吾未暇论其是非。
菊花黄兮茱萸紫，二花此时还斗开。花满握兮酒满杯，人人欲上高楼台。
我与世人虽异好，此时亦难平襟怀。因思雕虫篆刻事，此文乃是儒之灾。
如今此灾亦可避，不辞万里登崔嵬。其如此物避不得，但恐积蠹伤良才。
是以天下美璞少，甚于矛戟戕琼瑰。纵有美璞直万镒，埋之尘土何由来。
圣朝有意去灾害，愿将此物为渠魁。

徐积（1028—1103）北宋聋人教官。字仲车，楚州山阳（今江苏淮安）人。因晚年居楚州南门外，故自号南郭翁。生于宋仁宗天圣六年，卒于徽宗崇宁二年，年七十六岁。政和六年（1116），赐谥节孝处士。家乡人为其建 “徐节孝祠”，明清两代均有修缮，毁于解放初期。《宋史》卷四五九有传。
