潘良贵(约1086—1142)，字子贱（原名京，字义荣），号默成居士，婺州金华（今属浙江）人。北宋政和五年(1115)进士，授秘书郎。徽宗政和五年（一一一五）登上舍第，为太学博士，累迁提举淮南东路常平。钦宗靖康元年（一一二六）召对，论何桌等人不可用，黜监信州汭口排岸，高宗建炎元年（一一二七），召为左（一作右）司谏，因请诛叛命者，忤时相，去职奉祠。绍兴二年（一一三二），起为左司员外郎，与宰相吕颐浩语不合，出知严州，未几又奉祠。五年，起权中书舍人。八年，再奉祠。九年，起知明州，一年后离职奉祠。二十年，坐与李光通书，贬三官，卒（《建炎以来系年要录》卷一六），年五十七。
