邱清泉（1902年1月27日－1949年1月10日），学名青钱，字雨庵，生于浙江省温州永嘉县蒲洲乡，陆军军官学校工兵科第二期、德国柏林陆军大学毕业；中华民国陆军二级上将，抗战期间曾任新编第二十二师师长与第五军军长，参与昆崙关战役与滇西缅北战役。抗战胜利后参与国共内战，为第二兵团司令，参与淮海战役（徐蚌会战）。此外，邱清泉亦是文武全能的诗人将军。
